A member of ARLA Propertymark, Sam brings extensive experience managing multiple offices and teams of property professionals, overseeing portfolios ranging from first-time landlords with a single property to seasoned investors with extensive holdings.

With a deep understanding of property legislation, regulatory compliance, and industry best practice, Sam ensures every aspect of a tenancy is handled accurately and responsibly. His approach combines professional expertise with a personal touch, giving landlords confidence that their investments are managed efficiently, safely, and compliant.

Emma Trett - Lettings Manager

With over 20 years of experience in lettings and property management, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her role as Lettings Manager at Fremont Estates. Having worked across all aspects of the rental market, she has a strong understanding of what landlords and tenants expect from a professional and reliable agent.

Emma takes a personal and professional approach to lettings, using her extensive experience to provide landlords with honest advice and practical support throughout their tenancy. She is particularly keen to speak with prospective clients looking to expand their property portfolio, as well as landlords looking for an experienced agent they can rely on to manage their properties professionally and with care.
